Where do I go? What do I wear? What time should I get there? Will I fit in?

If this is your first Sunday at Oil City Church of the Nazarene, these are questions you may be asking. No worries; you've come to the right place.

We are located at 601 East Second St, across from Giant Eagle. Parking is located behind the church. Sunday morning worship begins at 10:45am, but you'll probably want to get here a few minutes early.  When you get to Oil City Nazarene, be sure to see one of our greeters who will be by the entrances and fill out a Connection Card. They'll show you where everything is. They'll help you find the nursery and Sunday school rooms if you have kids. Our greeters can also point you to the restrooms, sanctuary and fellowship area. If you have any questions about the service itself, the greeters are able to provide helpful answers. When you're done there, feel free to mingle with other people and figure out where you'd like to sit.

As for what to wear, that's entirely up to you. Some people prefer to wear their "Sunday best" (aka: suit & tie, or fancy dress) because it's a nice change-up from "work clothes" all week; others come in jeans and a t-shirt because it's more relaxing. No matter what, wear what's comfortable to you. After all... it's not about how you look; it's about coming together to grow in our faith.

Be sure to hang around after the service. You'll have a chance to meet our pastor and many other people in the church. We'd also love to get to know you so you're a familiar face the next time you come.

See you there!
